If you borrowed a Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) and/or a Federal Direct Loan (FDL) while in attendance at Alfred University, federal regulations require that Alfred University provide, and borrowers complete, an Exit Counseling Session before you graduate or withdraw. Alfred University provides exit counseling to students online.

Loan Exit Counseling is located on the Department of Education's StudentLoans.gov Web site. After completing the sign in process to manage your Direct Loan, complete the Loan Exit Counseling Session. You should receive a congratulations message once you have successfully completed the exit counseling. Print this page for your records. Alfred University will be notified electronically that you have completed the exit counseling.
