First-time borrowers of the Federal Stafford Loan are required to complete a Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling Session. The purpose of this Entrance Counseling Session is to assist you in understanding your rights and responsibilities as a Stafford Loan borrower.

Complete an on-line Entrance Counseling Session on the Internet via Wachovia's website: http://www.wachovia.com/education.

Once you access Wachovia's home page, Under "Resources" on the right hand side of the page, click on "Entrance/Exit Counseling" and then click on "Stafford Loan Entrance Counseling" . Be sure to select Alfred University from the drop-down list in your personal information, so that your quiz results will be sent to our office.

Please be sure that you receive a "congratulations" message stating you have passed the quiz. If you do not, you should begin the quiz again.
