S.K. Sundaram, Inamori Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Alfred University, has been appointed principal editor on the Editorial Board for the Materials Research Society.
The Materials Research Society (MRS) is the premier society for materials science and engineering. With nearly 14,500 members from 90 countries, the organization promotes the advancement of interdisciplinary materials research and technology.
The MRS Editorial Board is responsible for overseeing the scientific content and quality of the papers published in the Journal Materials Research. As principal editor, Sundaram leads the Editorial Board in shaping the strategy and future trajectory of the Journal as well as the Society.
