This year’s theme, “Finding Your Spark,” highlights the moments, ideas, and experiences that ignite passion, purpose, and possibility. Every spark has the power to fuel creativity, innovation, and meaningful change. Inspired by Alfred University’s culture of creativity and thinking beyond the ordinary, the theme celebrates what can happen when we follow our curiosity and allow our passions to guide us. Our 12 speakers - current students, faculty, staff, and alumni - will share stories and insights that reflect the diverse spirit of our community.
