Online Booking Process

Our online booking process is now handled directly through our server, so that your booking happens immediately. To reserve your stay at the Saxon Inn, please click on the button above.

Please note once you successfully submit your reservation, a guaranteed reservation is created.

Reservation Policies

RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED UP TO ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE

Event Weekend Reservations (Parents' Weekend, Hot Dog Day, and Reunion) are taken one year from the current event, regardless of the date of the event the following year. Therefore, reservations for event weekends this year will be accepted starting on Friday of this year's event weekend for the following year.

AU Department Reservations

For Alfred University Departments, to reserve, please complete the form. The form will be reviewed and returned with a confirmation number. The form is not valid without a confirmation number sent to you from Saxon Inn.
