Reservation Policies

During non-event weekends, reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. 

Event Weekend Reservations  

Event Weekends include Family Weekend, Hot Dog Day and AU Reunion. Reservations are taken one year from the current event date, regardless of the date of the event the following year. For example, reservations for next year’s Family Weekend will be accepted starting on Friday of this year's Family Weekend, regardless of whether next year’s Family Weekend occurs earlier or later.  

AU Department Reservations

For Alfred University Departments, to reserve, please complete the form. The form will be reviewed and returned with a confirmation number. The form is not valid without a confirmation number sent to you from Saxon Inn.
