Alfred University has partnered with local small businesses to schedule food trucks to come to campus this summer. These trucks come at no cost to the University, and the only money that they make comes from the patrons who visit the trucks. Please make them feel welcome to the Alfred community, and thank them for giving us some options and variety during the summer break.
She Brews Mobile Café is a local favorite specializing in specialty drinks, homemade baked goods, wraps, and salads. A familiar face at the Alfred Farmers Market and community events around the region, She Brews brings a cozy, small-business charm wherever they go.
