Alfred University has partnered with local small businesses to schedule food trucks to come to campus this summer. These trucks come at no cost to the university, and the only money that the trucks make comes from the patrons who visit them. Please make them feel welcome to the Alfred community, and thank them for giving us some options and variety during the summer break.
Pork Bellies BBQ specializes in Texas-style barbecue loaded with rubs and spices. Based out of the Canisteo area, they got their start with a mobile trailer in 2019 and have been serving up mouthwatering BBQ at events and competitions across the region ever since. Think brisket, pulled pork, smoked sausage, and homemade sides!
