Adam Jeffreys

Adam Jeffreys is a tenured violinist with the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra and The Syracuse Orchestra. He is also the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra's full-time Education Specialist and Coordinator. Adam was a graduate fellow with The Orchestra Now (TON) from 2020 until 2023, where he was one of the orchestra’s concertmasters. He was one of two concertmasters for the Lucerne Contemporary Festival Orchestra at the 2021 Lucerne Festival Academy in Switzerland, and l’Orchestre de la Francophonie Academie Orchestrale in 2019. He was also the principal second violinist for the Sinfonia de l’Ouest from 2018 until 2020.
Adam has worked with many other ensembles including the Rhode Island Civic Chorale and Orchestra, New England Chamber Orchestra, Vista Philharmonic, Fermata Chamber Soloists, Montreal Music Collective, Ensemble Urbain, International Contemporary Ensemble, and Orchestra Philharmonique & Choir des Melomanes. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from the Oberlin Conservatory in 2018, and Master of Music degree from McGill University in 2020.
