High school students compete for scholarships at Alfred University’s Engineering Design Challenge

More than 30 students from seven area high schools spent Thursday, Feb. 26, on the Alfred University campus vying for scholarships in a competition hosted by the Inamori School of Engineering as part of its annual Engineering and Materials Science Day.

Alfred University hosts annual Spring Career and Grad School Fair

Alfred University hosted its annual Spring Career and Grad School Fair on Thursday, Feb. 26, in the Joyce & Walton Center. More than 60 recruiters representing business and industry, government agencies, and graduate schools were on hand to provide information to students and answer questions about potential careers and grad school offerings.
