SDS search candidate presentations this week, and the Black Glass Artist Series continues. Leo Tecosky Artist in Residence

During the Month of February 2024 Alfred University School of Art and Design and Sculpture / Dimensional Studies will host glass artists who hail from the afro diaspora. Each week an Artist working with glass will lead workshops and lecture on their work and experience. Leo Tecosky will give public demonstrations on 2/13 and 2/15 from 1:30-4pm in the Glass Studio in Binns Merrill Hall,and a Public Lecture on 2/16 at 4:30pm in BMH 106

Kara Gut and Clare Gatto Artists in Residence

Institute for Electronic Arts

Resident Artists Kara Gut and Clare Gatto, two image-based digital artists working collaboratively on hybrid installations inspired by fantasy role-play video game design, will give a public presentation on Thursday, February 15 at 5:30pm in Snodgrass Gallery.

Cohen Gallery presents: New Faculty, and exhibition featuring work by seven recently hired tenure-track professors: Rebecca Arday, Paul Briggs, Nicki Green, Stephanie Hanes, Anthony Nguyen in collaboration with Taryn Cassella, Kelsey Sucena, and Will Wheeler.
