Next Tuesday, March 24, Alfred University Athletics kicks off its third annual Go Saxons Day of Giving at 11 a.m. EDT, rallying alumni, families, and fans to support our student-athletes. This 24-hour event runs through 11 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 25, giving everyone the chance to make a difference for their favorite teams.
“Go Saxons Day of Giving is the day our community stands together to support our student-athletes and celebrate their dedication,” says Deb Steward, Associate Vice President for Student Experience, Athletics, and Recreation. “They work incredibly hard to balance the demands of academics and athletics while representing Alfred with pride. This day is about recognizing their commitment and showing them that Saxon Nation is behind them every step of the way.”
Every gift helps your favorite team or program compete in the Go Saxons Day Challenges and earn a share of the $10,000 challenge pool. Watch your email for regular Challenge updates, including the Alumni Athlete Challenge, Friends & Family Challenge, Sprint Challenges, and Support Team Challenge.

All gifts go directly to the sport or program of your choice. You can also support the entire athletic program through the Saxon Nation General Fund, Athletic Communications, Strength & Conditioning, and/or Sports Medicine.
