Esca Stumpf

A lifelong Rochester resident, Esca Stumpf chose to help her community through animal rescue rather than relocating for a job in her designated field. Esca’s decision to follow her passion for animals has earned her a nomination for Woman to Watch, an honor featuring women in the Rochester area who selflessly serve their community.

Her journey began when she and her BOCES special needs student visited Lollypop Farm over four years ago. Captivated by Lollypop’s work, Esca donated her time and efforts by assisting with special events, working as a community outreach volunteer, and even walking dogs.

She is now the Community Outreach Manager at Lollypop Farm, Humane Society of Greater Rochester. Whether it’s promoting pet adoption, educating owners, or compiling resources, Esca’s efforts have positively affected her community. She encourages, strengthens, and protects the bonds between humans and animals.
