ROCHESTER, NY - Alfred University students and staff will return to The Strong National Museum of Play Saturday, Jan. 22, to exhibit the work of Art Force 5 and engage audiences in a new mosaic tile painting of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Alfred University's Art Force 5 is a repeat partner with the Strong National Museum of Play, and this in-person event, from 11 am to 3 pm, is part of the museum's annual programming for MLK day.

According to Dan Napolitano, Art Force 5’s founding director and Associate Dean of Alfred University’s School of Art and Design, the City of Rochester and the Strong Museum of Play have been long-time educational partners with AF5.

“This is likely our tenth visit,” Napolitano says, “and we have many fond memories of partnering with this community. We invite alums, families, and schools to come visit to Strong."

Regular museum admissions prices apply; participating in the Art Force 5 mosaic is included with the price of admission.
