Lambert sculpture to be exhibited in Minneapolis.

The sculpture “Pollinators” by Alfred University Professor of Sculpture Dimensional Studies Coral Lambert has been selected to be installed as part of JROW, an architectural and public art space development in downtown Minneapolis, MN.

Lambert's work will be on display for the next three years. The eight-foot-high sculptures are cast in aluminum with a glowing yellow interior on steel bases that members of the public are invited to sit inside.
Lambert directs Alfred University’s National Casting Centre Foundry, and her work has been exhibited in numerous venues. She was honored last year as recipient of the International Sculpture Center's 2022 Educator of the Year Award recipient.

JROW is an industrial lot adjacent to the railroad in northeast Minneapolis that has been transformed into a publicly collaborative art center. The location provides loft-style housing for resident artists and accompanying studio space that blurs the threshold between public and private.
