BUILDING HOURS HOT DOG DAY WEEKEND The Arts buildings will be locked on Friday, 4/21 at 6pm through Sunday morning, 4/23 with the exception of the McGee Pavillion doors which will be unlocked on Saturday from 5:30pm-10:15pm for MFA opening receptions. Seniors who need to work in the SOAD buildings over the weekend must receive an after hours pass through the Art Office (Shelly Grant). There are a limited number of key swipe access for the Harder Hall loading dock (first come, first served).

MFA:
Opportunities
Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris ~ Call for Residency Fellowship Applications. Graduating SoAD students (MFA, BFA, and BS) are eligible.
This is a unique opportunity for two graduating students to spend two months working in Paris. The Fellowship, worth over $2000, covers the monthly studio fees and provides up to $600 reimbursement towards travel to Paris.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
Deadline: Tuesday, April 11th midnight
- 1-page proposal explaining why you wish to go to Paris and the work you intend to pursue
- 10-15 images of recent work, with captions (title, date, material, etc.). For video, include a 5-minute (max) piece as a link

Jerome Ackerman Internship Alfred Ceramic Art Museum
The Ackerman Internship is a one semester paid internship that offers students at Alfred University’s School of Art and Design in-depth exposure to Museum professional practices as well as deep insight to creative processes across history. It is designed to further the intern’s professional goals while helping the Museum address its specific needs.

Auditions for the Fall 2023 play Marisol
Wednesday, April 26, 7-9pm and Saturday, April 29, 9-11am

AU Theatre is excited to announce auditions for the fall 2023 production of Marisol. Auditions will be Wed April 26 7-9pm and Sat April 29 9-11am, followed by callbacks @ 1pm Sat the 29th. No experience is necessary. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. The Marisol script is available in the AU library systems for perusal.
