Words and their definitions are forever changing and over time this causes the way we speak/communicate with one another to change. This also causes a new level of awareness, in which we have to be sensitive to the words, phrases, and sentences that we use since they can be triggering to those around us.
During her talk, Kiki will:
1. Define the terminology used by LGBTQ+ community.
2. Help us gain awareness, sensitivity, and knowledge of LGBTQ+ community.
3. Share effective communication skills that will positively improve and impact relationships.
