The Alfred Ceramic Art Museum, Alfred University. One exhibition open that evening: “Reclaiming Splendor: Ceramic Design by Chunmao Huang,” featuring the First Lady of China’s Banquet Ware. Exhibition runs through Dec. 30. The museum will also host a special event, “Night at the Museum,” an evening of creative engagement with the objects currently on view, including creative writing exercises to reimagine works in the Museum. The event, held in the Museum Seminar Room, is sponsored by the Art History Club and the Writing Center.
