D. Chase Angier, Alfred University professor of dance, to present Bergren Forum

D. Chase Angier, professor of dance at Alfred University, will give a presentation titled “Cooperative Practices in Making Site Responsive Performance” at the Feb. 13 Bergren Forum at Alfred University.


ALFRED, NY – D. Chase Angier, professor of dance at Alfred University, will give a presentation titled “Cooperative Practices in Making Site Responsive Performance” at the Feb. 13 Bergren Forum at Alfred University.

The Bergren Forum, sponsored by the Division of Human Studies, is held at 12:10 p.m. each Thursday the University is in session in Nevins Theater, Powell Campus Center. It is open to the public and free of charge. Attendees may bring their lunches; coffee and tea are provided.

Angier will discuss the various roles - curator, collaborator and choreographic consultant - in the creation of Formations at the Prague Quadrennial, Murmur at Chateau La Coste, and Group Action: Ode to Uncertain Times.
