Yulin Liu

Yulin LiuTaiwanese native, violinist Yulin Liu, began performing in her home country at a very young age, displaying talent both as a violinist and pianist. As a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral performer, she has made appearances in Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, Alice Tully Hall, Saint Thomas Church and the National Concert Hall in Taipei among others, and has performed throughout Taiwan, China, Japan, Europe, and North America.

As a passionate and active performing artist, Ms. Liu frequently performs in a variety ensembles throughout the New York, New Jersey and Boston area. She is currently the recipient of a piece commissioned by the renowned composer David Loeb for her new and upcoming project for violin and marimba.

Ms. Liu earned her bachelor degree form Soochow University in Taiwan. She received her Artist Diploma from the Cincinnati Conservatory under the tutelage of Piotr Milewski and her Masters of Music degree at the Mannes School of Music under the guidance of Professor Chin Kim.
