The room is furnished with multiple gray couches and armchairs arranged in two rows facing each other, with three wooden coffee tables in between. About This Facility

A special interest residence, Joel's House was dedicated in May 2005 in honor of Joel Moskowitz, a 1961 alumnus of AU and a long-time member of its Board of Trustees, and his wife Ann. It provides housing for 22 students in a family-like setting. Elevated Log cabin-like living for upper classes, co-ed by door.

Joel's House is nestled behind Pine Hill in between the free lot and Ann's House on Ford Street Drive Extension. It's isolated location makes for the best night's sleep and a quiet, serene landscape while providing an opportunity for students to explore nature and appreciate the environment while meeting new friends with similar interests.
