Community & Events

Each year, the Honors House plays host to some of the program’s most beloved traditions, including:

  • Death by Chocolate
An annual fall tradition where over 150 students, faculty, and staff gather to welcome new Honors students with an unforgettable spread of chocolate desserts.
  • Film Seminars & Cooking Nights
Many Honors seminars take place right here — especially those that revolve around food, discussion, or film screenings. The relaxed home atmosphere encourages open dialogue, exploration, and connection.
