You must complete at least half of your course work at Alfred University and achieve a grade point average of at least a "C" (2.0) in courses submitted for completion of the minor.

The goal of the Leadership Minor is to prepare you to serve effectively in formal and informal leadership roles in campus, local, national and global contexts. It will also help you develop a philosophy of leadership that can advance your thinking around ethics, civic engagement and the importance of working within diverse and multicultural environments.
