Reunion Packages

For your convenience and ease of registering, we have created package options. A la carte options may also be added.

Take note, if you've registered for a package, the $20 per person Reunion Registration Fee is included. If you are registering for one or more a la carte options, please include the 2021 Reunion Registration.

Registration Tips

  • Review all package options prior to registering
  • When registering, if your guest is an Alfred University alum, please include their class year
  • In the event of a cancellation, your Reunion fees paid to Alfred University will be fully refunded upon written or emailed request
  • Thursday night residence hall accommodations may be added by calling the Office of Alumni Engagement
  • Saturday night dinner seating - Unless an alternate request is made, alumni who graduated prior to 1970 will be seated at the Golden Saxons Dinner. Those from the class of 1970 and 1971 will be seated in the 50th year dinner. All others will be seated in the All-Class and Special Group Dinner with designated labels for honored years. Open seating will be available for all others.

One-Night Package with Housing
Includes guest registration fee, residence hall housing for Saturday, August 7, Saturday Alumni Picnic, Saturday evening Honored Year Alumni Dinner, all Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and Sunday morning Farewell or ROTC breakfast. $107 per person.

Two-Night Package with Housing
Includes guest registration fee, residence hall housing for Friday, August 6 and Saturday, August 7, Saturday Alumni Picnic, Saturday evening Honored Year Alumni Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and Sunday morning Farewell or ROTC breakfast. $132 per person.

Three-Night Package with Housing
Includes guest registration fee, residence hall housing for Thursday, August 5, Friday, August 6 and Saturday, August 7, Saturday Alumni Picnic, Saturday evening Honored Year Alumni Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and Sunday morning Farewell or ROTC breakfast. This package is designed for returning guests who will travel long distances.  $157 per person.

One-Day Package Pass
Includes guest registration fee , Saturday Alumni Picnic, Saturday evening Honored Year Alumni Dinner and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities. $70 per person.

Two-Day Package Pass
Includes guest registration fee , Saturday Alumni Picnic, Saturday evening Honored Year Alumni Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and the Sunday morning Farewell or ROTC breakfast. $82 per person.

If you have registered for a Reunion package, this charge has been included. If registering for one or more of the a la carte options below, please include this option when registering. $20 per person

AU Couples Reconfirmation of Love (Friday, 8/6/21)
Reconfirm your love at the place where it all began. Relive the memories of how your life's journey together began. Complimentary event

Class of 1970 or 1971 Nursing Alumni Lunch and Program (Friday, 8/6/21)
Enjoy a leisurely lunch and reconnecting with your nursing classmates. Following lunch, join Laurie Lounsberry Meehan as she presents to you Alfred University's Nursing History. Lunch begins at 1pm. $15 per person

Delta Sigma Phi 100th +1 Birthday Celebration (Friday, 8/6/21)
All Delta Sigma Phi Brothers and their guests are invited to celebrate 100 +1 years of Brotherhood. Cocktails begin at 5pm, Dinner is at 6pm. $30 per person

Kappa Psi Upsilon Dinner (Friday, 8/6/21)
All Golden Saxon and Honored Year Kappa Psi Upsilon Brothers and their guests are invited to spend an evening together reuniting and reconnecting. Cocktails begin at 5pm, Dinner is at 6pm. $30 per person

Lambda Chi Alpha Dinner (Friday, 8/6/21)
All Golden Saxon and Honored Year Lambda Chi Alpha Brothers and their guests are invited to spend an evening together reuniting and reconnecting. Cocktails begin at 5pm, Dinner is at 6pm. $30 per person

AU Football Golf Outing and Fundraiser (Friday, 8/6/21)
Bath Country Club, 33 May Street, Bath NY 14810. Please enter your complete foursome. If you do not have a complete foursome but would still like to golf, contact Coach Bob Rankl. $100 per person.
