Welcome to the 2022 Reunion registration page! We're happy you're joining us and we look forward hosting you! If you are registering after June 5, online registrations will be closed. You may still call the Office of Alumni Engagement to register at 607-871-2144.

Reunion Packages

We have designed a number of packages that will meet the needs of the majority of our returning guests. Please take a moment to review package options below to determine which one is best for you. If there is not a package that fits your needs, you can choose from our A La Carte options. If you need assistance registering please call the Office of Alumni Engagement at 607-871-2144.

Helpful Registration Tips

  • If you’ve purchased a package, you can still add an A La Carte option.
    Example – 2 nt package with housing + Saxon Athletics Golf Classic + Friday Night Special Group Dinner
  • If purchasing a package with housing, please indicate your preferred housing choice. Note the following:
    • Ann’s House – reserved for Theta Theta Chi sisters – Ann's House is filled to capacity. Overflow guests will be accommodated in Connors Hall (formerly Openhym Residence Hall).
    • International House – reserved for the Sigma Chi Nu sisters
    • Moskowitz/Tefft – reserved for the Kappa Psi Upsilon brothers
  • Be sure to indicate your preferred seating group for Saturday’s lunch and dinners.

One-Night Package with Housing
Includes registration fee, residence hall housing for June 11, Saturday’s Alumni Picnic, Saturday’s Honored Year Alumni & Group Dinner, all on-campus Reunion activities and the Sunday Farewell Breakfast. The Friday Night Special Group Dinners or the Rugby Lunch ARE NOT included in this package. $134 per person.

Two-Night Package with Housing
Includes guest registration fee, residence hall housing for the nights of June 10 & 11, Saturday's Alumni Picnic, Saturday’s Honored Year, Alumni & Group Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and Sunday morning Farewell Breakfast. The Friday Night Special Group Dinners or the Saturday Rugby Lunch ARE NOT included in this package. $179 per person.

Three-Night Package with Housing
Includes guest registration fee, residence hall housing for the nights of June 9, 10 & 11, Saturday’s Alumni Picnic, Saturday’s Honored Year, Alumni and Group Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and Sunday morning Farewell Breakfast. The Friday Night Special Group Dinners or the Saturday Rugby Lunch ARE NOT included in this package. $224 per person.

One-Day Package Pass
Includes guest registration fee, Saturday’s Alumni Picnic, and Honored Year, Alumni and Group Dinner and all Saturday on-campus Reunion activities. Please indicate your Saturday Lunch and Dinner Seating Preferences. The Friday Night Special Group Dinners or the Rugby Lunch ARE NOT included in this package. $75 per person. 

Two-Day Package Pass
Includes guest registration fee. Saturday's Alumni Picnic, Honored Year, Alumni and Group Dinner, all Friday and Saturday on-campus Reunion activities and the Sunday Farewell Breakfast. The Friday Night Special Group Dinners or the Saturday Rugby Lunch ARE NOT included in this package. $89 per person.

2022 Reunion Registration
If you have registered for a Reunion package, this charge has already been included. If registering for one or more of the a la carte options without purchasing a package, please include the Reunion Registration option. $20 per person.

AU Saxon Athletics Golf Classic (Friday, 6/10/22)
Wellsville Country Club, 3006 Riverside Drive, Wellsville NY 14895. Please enter your complete foursome. If you do not have a complete foursome but would still like to golf, contact Dakota Pruiss at 607-871-2193. $125 per person.

Special Group Dinner (Friday, 6/10/22)
Reserved for special group members and their guests. $32 per person.

Choices include:

  • Kappa Psi Upsilon 100th Birthday Celebration
  • Lambda Chi Alpha Golden Saxon & Friends Dinner
  • Delta Sigma Phi Golden Saxon and Honored Year Gathering

AU Couples Reconfirmation of Love (Saturday, 6/11/22)
Reconfirm your love at the place where it all began. Relive the memories of how your life's journey together began. Indicate names and anniversary date on the registration form.  Complimentary event

Rugby Alumni Game and Lunch (Saturday, 6/11/22)
Here’s your chance to relive those glory days and also help rebuild the legacy of the Alfred Rugby Club. $25 per person

Alfred University will take all necessary precautions to provide a safe environment for your celebration. As guests on the Alfred University campus, you will be required to follow all Centers for Disease Control, New York State and local guidelines. If you haven't already done so, please take a moment to review Alfred University's Event Agreement and provide your vaccine information (optional). You should also remain aware of any NY State COVID-19 and Travel Guidelines. This form is separate from your registration form.
