Saxon Dining is leveling up the campus dining experience, bringing you fresh flavors, menu variety and energized spaces designed to bring the Alfred University community together.

From customizable Mediterranean bowls and made-to-order Tex-Mex, to classic smashburgers, fresh smoothies and globally inspired dishes, there’s something to satisfy your every craving.

Whether you’re fueling up between classes at Saxon Cafe, meeting friends for a meal at Ade Dining Hall, or ordering through Grubhub to satisfy your late-night cravings, you’ll find what you need at Saxon Dining.

Making the Most of Saxon Dining

From meal plans and dietary accommodations to mobile ordering and late-night dining, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your Saxon Dining experience:

Choose the meal plan that best fits your lifestyle! All students living on campus are required to have a meal plan throughout the academic year, with several options to choose from. Ford Street Residents, Special Interest House residents and seniors with 90 or more completed credits are not required to have a meal plan, but are encouraged to check out our convenient commuter meal plans. Our dining team is committed to ensuring every student has an enjoyable dining experience. If you have medically prescribed dietary needs, our staff is here to help. Students with allergies or sensitivities to nuts, gluten or dairy can enjoy added peace of mind at our Simply 3 station in Ade Dining Hall, featuring a variety of delicious foods prepared without these ingredients.
Take the guesswork out of dining with the Everyday app. Browse Ade Dining Hall menus before you visit, filter meals based on allergens and dietary preferences, and view nutrition information so you can make informed choices that fit your needs.
The Grubhub app offers you even more convenience, allowing you to order your favorite campus meals ahead of time. Skip the wait, customize your order and pick it up when it’s ready, making it easy to grab a meal between classes or on the go.
Late-night cravings are no problem. Saxon Late Night offers a convenient way to satisfy your late-night cravings. Order from a rotating selection of Virtual Dining Concepts through Grubhub and pick up your meal from secure self-service lockers at Powell Campus Center during late-night service hours.
