Program Director, Rochester Children’s Scholarship Fund
Anastasia (Mulan) Campbell is the Program Director for the Rochester Children’s Scholarship Fund (RCSF), where she leads strategic programming, student support services, and community engagement initiatives to expand educational access for underserved youth in the Rochester City School District. In this role, she oversees scholarship distribution, cultivates partnerships with schools and local organizations, and provides students with the academic, personal, and financial resources needed to succeed through high school and beyond.
She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Executive Leadership, further deepening her commitment to equity, advocacy, and systemic change through education.
Anastasia’s passion for education and leadership began at Alfred University, where she earned recognition as an Outstanding Senior and was selected as “President for the Day,” an honor awarded to a student demonstrating exceptional leadership and impact on campus. She served in Student Senate, was a founding member of Sister Circle, and contributed to both the Caribbean Student Association and the Criminal Justice Club.
Previously, she served as Program Coordinator at Monroe Community College, managing a CNA training and development program that aligned student learning with workforce needs and provided ongoing post-program support.

Anastasia earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Studies in 2020 and her MBA in 2022, both from Alfred University.
