Michael (Josh) Snyder graduated from Alfred University with his Bachelor of Science in Glass Science Engineering in 2005 and his Master of Science in Glass Science in 2006. He spent several months doing research on Hollow Glass Microspheres at the Technical University Dortmund (2006) in Dortmund, Germany. 

Josh started working at Corning Incorporated in 2006, as a glass melting/forming engineer, followed by roles in technical project management and functional management. 

Currently he is the Senior Manager of the Thermal Engineering group in the Manufacturing Technology and Engineering (MT&E) Division.
